This week we have taken our first ever online holiday booking.
(I forget if I was sleeping or in the Baiting House at the time!!)
We've taken some time to get ready for this event as our decision to develop the facility was only made in January 2011. At present we have on line bookings for our St Michaels Caravan Park only.
The system has been designed by my brother Edward with his team at Torque Business Systems Ltd based in Auckland New Zealand and it is very flexible to suit both large and small holiday businesses. It caters for many categories of accommodation, all dates and lengths of stay, pets or no pets, and then a whole host of varying discounts - such as long stays, short stays, small parties, early booking, money off promotions etc etc.
At the moment we are offering £100 off a week and £50 off short breaks for the remainder of 2011
We will continue to test and develop the system this year so that we can be well into our stride from early 2012.

We operate two small holiday caravan parks in the north-west corner of Worcestershire near Tenbury Wells. Some of the caravans are privately owned and others are let for family holidays. All caravans have fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms and are connected to mains electricity and water. Most have two bedrooms and sleep up to a maximum of four people.
